We believe in fair pricing. Whether you collect €1,500 or €5,000 in rent, our transaction fee never exceeds €15.00 per unit. You get the same security and speed, without being penalized for high-value properties.
Yes. You can use our "Manual Mode" to track payments, store documents, and manage leases completely free of charge. You only pay when you use our automated banking rails to collect funds.
Yes. You can add one-off expenses (cleaning, condo fees, repairs) to the next billing cycle. The transaction fee applies to the total amount collected, subject to the same €15 cap.
The Professional plan is designed for scale. It unlocks a lower transaction fee (0.75%), which typically saves money for portfolios with 10+ units. It also adds compliance features like Audit Logs and Team Permissions (RBAC) required for managing third-party assets.
Never. There are no contracts. You can downgrade from Professional to Independent, or stop using the collection service at any time.
